3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof at the time of check-in, as per applicable laws.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout their stay.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities
  • Smoking in non-smoking areas
  • Excessive noise causing inconvenience to other guests
  • Damage to hotel property
  • Misuse of hotel facilities
  • Behaviour that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests or staff

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises without refund in case of misconduct.

5. Payments

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before check-out unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods are subject to availability and may include cash, cards, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment options.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation requests will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method, where applicable.
  • Non-refundable promotional offers, advance deposits, or special event bookings may not qualify for refunds.

7. Banquet & Event Bookings

  • Banquet reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Event dates are subject to availability.
  • Any changes in guest count, event schedule, decoration, catering, or other requirements should be communicated in advance.
  • Additional services requested beyond the agreed package may attract extra charges.

10. Safety & Security

11. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, equipment, or fixtures due to negligence, misuse, or intentional acts. The hotel reserves the right to recover the repair or replacement cost from the responsible guest.

12. Parking

Parking facilities are provided for the convenience of guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Hotel Coal Capital shall not be responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings left inside them.
